Work Styles Profiling

One of the most useful tools for re-enforcing your selection decision or causing you to ask more questions of a candidate is a personality profile.

Traditionally these are used as part of the selection process to see how a person may ‘fit’ into the existing work team or, if they are going to manage people, what approach they may take to this.  Personality profiling however goes beyond this. 

It also helps us understand:

  1. What motivates a person
  2. How they may react to pressure
  3. Whom they are most likely to work easily with
  4. The behaviours they are most likely to exhibit in the workplace and what’s causing these

As a result, the personality profile lives well beyond the recruitment process, it provides vital information about the most successful ways to motivate, manage and communicate with your people.
