No8HR is partnering with farm consulting business Intelact to present a number of seminars that focus on maximising people productivity and driving labour efficiency.   No8HR Principal Consultant, Lee Astridge, will be presenting a session on the eight steps for driving people performance in your business. 

Lee claims that the eight steps will help farm owners, managers and 2IC’s increase the performance of their people in simple ways that will make life easier and increase work productivity.

‘The eight steps address the common issues and common mistakes that people face, who manage staff on farm’
