Any 90 day trial period you have in your employment agreement will not be enforceable if your employee hasn’t signed their employment agreement prior to starting work with you.

The ‘8 Steps’ programme has been devised by industry professionals to meet the specific needs of people managing within the dairy and greater agribusiness-sector.  

The ‘8 Steps’ programme is for those who are currently in a managerial role or are looking to move into a managerial role in the near future.  It is an ideal programme for those with little or no formal management training who recognise that in order to progress they need to build their skills in this area. 

How does it work..?

This is a two-day intensive management programme with a focus on the practical application of skills.  Participants will finish the programme with an action plan to implement when they return to their workplace based on the issues they have identified as most relevant to them.
