Here’s a practical way you can ensure that you ‘bed down’ the skills you need to lead well in your business.  Our ‘8 Steps Programme’ in Te Awamutu on 8th / 9th July is designed to ensure you have the tools you need to engage employee’s discretionary effort and improve work throughput and team morale on your farm.

This is a two-day intensive management programme with a focus on the practical application of skills.  Participants will finish the programme with an action plan to implement when they return to their workplace based on the issues they have identified as most relevant to them.
