What our client is looking for is someone they can have confidence in to get the job done and who ideally has some experience managing their own business (CM or LOSM for example).  Endorsement from your bank and your last employer will be important as will your commitment to caring for the property and becoming part of the community. 

Ideal for a couple the farm has a 25ASHB dairy and does require 1.5 people through spring to ensure the job is done well.  With a four bedroom home and a great set up in terms of sheds and machinery, you won’t be caught short on the things you need to do a great job.
