Looking for a new job next season? Our clients farm at Mamaku, north of Rotorua and are looking for a 2IC to start 1 June 2018. They are looking for someone who has good experience with farming, animal health and people. Looking to establish yourself on a good farm? Seeking a large farm opportunity? Looking for a role where you get direct people management experience? You will have the herd managers and herd assistants reporting to you here, so a great opportunity to further develop your people and leadership skills. This is a role where your communication and team skills are as important as your technical farming knowledge.  You will need to be an organised team player that takes pride in their environment and job. 

Reporting to the farm owner, you will work with him and the team to get things done. You will need good farming experience, coupled with good tractor and machinery skills and the ability to provide guidance to a team.
