Those who are currently in a managerial role or are looking to move into a managerial role in the near future.
This is an ideal programme for those with little or no formal management training who recognise that in order to progress they need to build their skills in this area.
How does it work..?
This is a two-day intensive management programme with a focus on the practical application of skills. Participants will finish the programme with an action plan to implement when they return to their workplace based on the issues they have identified as most relevant to them.
All you need to do is hold them accountable to their action plan.
