Big News!

Following our social media reveal last week, we thought it would be a great idea to tell you a little more about our new GM, Nick Coster, and what’s happening in the No8HR team.

As some of you will know, Toni has been seeking an opportunity to increase her focus on client work and, as a result, Nick has joined us to lead the team and business and help us scale to even bigger heights.

Nick comes from a Waikato farming background, having grown up on a sheep and beef farm in Waitomo. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience, having worked as Operations Manager for a large corporate dairy farming business and almost a decade in rural and commercial banking.  Nick's experience will be a great asset to our team and we’re super excited to have someone of his calibre in the ‘hot seat.’

Nick tells us he’s held a distant admiration for No8HR since attending a leadership workshop some years ago (that made us feel good!) and he firmly believes people are the heartbeat of every business.

On a personal note, Nick is an avid adventurer which has seen him travel to over 35 countries and he’s an outdoorsman at heart, spending his free time in the hills hunting, in the wetlands duck shooting or at the lake water skiing.

Nick started with us after Easter and he and Toni have both begun the transition process into their new roles.  Toni has given herself the job title of Consultant and Project Specialist, frankly we were pitching for Awesome but apparently that’s an adjective not a job.  Toni is looking forward to concentrating her time and energies with clients and we’d like to formally thank her for everything she’s contributed as GM (we’ll celebrate after the recruitment season!)
