Debby is the Office & Accounts Co-ordinator for Pouarua Farms and is a valuable asset to the team, with the ability to juggle a lot of balls at any one time, and an eye on the business as a whole. She is highly organised, very efficient, and can turn her hand to a wide range of tasks.
She knows the existing team well and has made the newcomers feel instantly welcome. She is well liked and respected. Debby has been a critical support to the new General Manager, especially through the transition period of the business. Others in the team describe Debby as proactive, helpful, and always focused on providing an answer.
