Buks attended No8HR’s 8 Steps programme in Canterbury in July 2019. Buks alreadyhad a good understanding of people, and what makes them tick. Attending theprogramme has enabled Buks to increase his understanding of his team better,utilize their individual talents and build a culture of inclusion, trust and empowerment.
After attending the No8HR 8 Steps programme, Buks returned to his team full of ideas and valuable, pragmatic tools. He got his team together to workshop and share his own learning. As a result, Buks has had greater buy-in from his team and calving went very smoothly.

re-focused Buks’ leadership skills to collaborate with and empower his team.
