Chloe Lowe is a people-first Senior Consultant who helps business leaders solve the sticky stuff—ER, performance, restructures, recruitment and culture—while lifting everyday capability.
She’s worked across local government, manufacturing and tech, supporting leaders through change, performance and engagement initiatives that enhance culture, capability and business performance. With a Master of Organisational Psychology (thesis on resilience in NZ dairy farming), her advice is calm, clear and practical—built to work on farm and off.
Outside work, Chloe gives back to the dance community as an NZARRA judge and long-time rock’n’roll coach.
