Born and raised on a dairy farm and later a contract milker alongside her husband, she understands the day-to-day realities, pressures, and pride that shape great farming teams.

Julie has held a number of positions in the agri-business industry, including five years as a Key Account Manager, partnering with dairy farmers and corporate farming businesses across the North Island and supporting both recruitment and pastoral care outcomes. Her style is highly structured and relationship-first, bringing calm, clarity and strong process to busy environments — with genuine care for both clients and candidates.
